So Much to Cheer About
It was a good game lads, I’m proud of ye.
A loss, yet again, but we made significant strides in our play and in our attitude.
They took a lead but we never faltered. We stuck with them, we played hard, we created numerous chances.
We kept our cool while they started taking penalties.
Our passing in their zone was really good (for us).
Our backchecking and outlet passes were strong.
We hustled.
We checked.
We emptied the beer cooler.

Why am I double spacing everything?

The 3-Star graphic is THAT good.

And is worthy of the wait.

Numerous people had strong games. It was hard to find the “stand-outs” in a game like that because we all played as a team. Leng and PSP had good hustle and
playmaking. There wasn’t a hope in hell of me giving a star to either of the though, given the hullaballoo over the last time I posted one without the other.
Nickason played a physical game and a playmaking game where he set up two nice goals.
Reggie has his hands back! And despite Trainor’s effort to tip all of Reggies shots wide, Shrek snuck one in.
Tidy was solid yet again on D and contributed to the offensive effort with a goal.
…
And that is why they are our three stars today.

In the graphic.

Goats
YEEHAW! Finally – that’s great Glen. A good game with a solid effort and an extra hot chick in a provacative pose. The only thing that could have made my Monday better was a couple of those beers finding their way into my office.
